Five for Friday

Yes, I am still reading the same book; not drinking the same coffee, however.

I know, I’ve been “away” for a bit, but I am back, and still ever grateful for many things. As you may or may not know this post is about being grateful for as much as I can.
Without further delay I am grateful that  I have learned to lessen the pressure I put on myself. I get enough pressure from outside sources, I do not need to add to my own pot; I am grateful for my FitBit exercise tracker, because it keeps me in check; I am grateful for water; it keeps me alive; olive oil, because without it so many things would be so bland; and I am grateful for my alarm clock, because it gets me to work on time.
